Walpole Level 3 Sex Offender Charged With Performing Lewd Act in Front of School Bus
Police say Darren Grant exposed himself to a high school volleyball team.

WALPOLE, MA — A level 3 sex offender from Walpole faces new charges after allegedly exposing himself to a bus full of school children.
Darren Grant, 41, was arrested Tuesday and charged with open and gross lewdness and disorderly conduct, according to the Boston Globe.
On Oct. 18, police in Walpole learned that a man was following a bus with the Norfolk Agricultural High School volleyball team to Route 1. Police say that Grant performed a lewd act, alarming multiple passengers on board.

A check of Grant's GPS ankle bracelet revealed that he was at the location of the incident when it happened. The device was tracked to Weymouth and back to Coney Street, where Grant was arrested, police said.
Grant has been convicted of open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior 18 times between 1991 to 2014, according to the state's sex offender registry.

Grant was arraigned Tuesday in Wrentham District Court and ordered held on $10,000 bail.
