Walpole Winter Farmers Market Day - January 12th

Shop the next Winter Farmers Market this Sunday, January 12th from 10:00am – 2:00pm.  The Market is located indoors at the VFW Hall, 109 Robbins Road in Walpole (off Rt. 27; next to the Johnson Middle School).

Get your local fix by purchasing directly from area farmers, food purveyors, and artisans.  Find a variety of food and crafts such as fresh, in-season vegetables, apples, farm fresh eggs, all-natural honey, loose-leaf teas, dog treats, soup mixes, baked goods, soap and skincare products, photographs, jewelry, and much more.  Bring your kitchen knives and garden tools to have them sharpened on-site.  Participating vendors include Oakdale Farms, Akin Bak Farm, Sheldonville Soaps, Annie’s Just Desserts, Vermarje International, Jack’s Dog Cookies, and Eric’s Sharper Edge among others.

At the Market, shoppers will also have an opportunity to learn how to make your home more energy efficient or purchase affordable green energy.  Sign up for a free in-home assessment through Next Step Living.  Beginning at 12pm, 103.3 AMP Radio will be on-hand playing some great music and offering folks a chance to play games for prizes.
