James Laporte, 49, of 749 Moody St., Waltham, was arrested at 10:16 p.m. Saturday and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Craig Petrie, 51, of 79 Bennett St., Waltham, was arrested at 9:42 p.m. Saturday and charged with operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (third offense), failure to keep right and leaving the scene of property damage.

Raymond Leger, 49, of 6 Crows Nest Drive, Bourne, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. Saturday and charged with operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (fifth offense), operation of a motor vehicle with license suspended/revoked, having an open container in a motor vehicle, following too close and leaving the scene of property damage.
Frederick Lynch, 53, of 39 Cedar St., Waltham, was arrested at 7:59 p.m. Saturday on a warrant for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (two counts) and operation of a motor vehicle with license suspended/revoked.
Friday, Sept. 12
Jorge Mojica, 36, of 4221 Lennox Boulevard, Inglewood, California, was arrested at 11:22 p.m. Friday and charged with assault and battery on a police officer.
Raymond Aviles, 51, of 190 Moody St., Waltham, was arrested at 1:12 p.m. Friday and charged with indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over and assault and battery.
Vianesavanh Boungnasy, 21, of 14 Lawton Place, Waltham, was arrested at 1:33 a.m. Friday and charged with larceny over $250.
Kevin St. Pierre, 21, of 110 Burley St., Danvers, was arrested at 1:07 a.m. Friday and charged with disorderly conduct.
Thursday, Sept. 11
Joseph Meserve, 20, of 269 Broadway St., Somerville, was arrested at 9:44 p.m. Thursday and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Meserve also had a warrant for assault with a dangerous weapon (two counts), destruction of property over $250 and vandalism with a noxious or filthy substance (three counts).
Zachary Bardwell, 21, of 120 Russell St., Waltham, was arrested at 1:21 a.m. Thursday and charged with indecent exposure.
Wednesday, Sept. 10
Job Duffrene, 24, of 291 River St., Waltham, was arrested at 3:54 p.m. Wednesday and charged with drinking alcohol in public and possession to distribute a drug.
Sunday, Sept. 7
Luis Barrera, 30, of 245 Calvary St., Waltham, was arrested at 6:41 p.m. Sunday on a warrant for armed assault to rob, assault with a dangerous weapon, attempt to commit a crime and threat to commit a crime.
Saturday, Sept. 6
Julio Cantoral, 34, of 15 Bellevue St., Waltham, was arrested at 8:24 a.m. Saturday on a warrant for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, having an unregistered motor vehicle and a miscellaneous equipment violation.
Friday, Sept. 5
Andrew Lutaaya, 30, of 88 Charles St., Waltham, was arrested at 10:06 p.m. Friday and charged with drinking alcohol in public.
Earwheen Exil, 22, of 40 Kings Way, Waltham, was arrested at 9:01 p.m. Friday and charged with carrying a dangerous weapon. Exil also had a warrant for possession of a class B drug, operation of a motor vehicle with license suspended/revoked and being a motor vehicle operator refusing to identify self.
Michael Nutile, 22, of 109 Cushing St., Waltham, was arrested at 2:42 p.m. Friday and charged with receiving stolen property over $250.
Wednesday, Sept. 3
Osvaldo Gonzalez, 24, of 864 Bridge St., Lowell, was arrested at 7:53 p.m. Wednesday and charged with larceny over $250, shoplifting by asportation and interfering with a police officer.
Tuesday, Sept. 2
Nardeep Singh, 26, of 54 Wilbur St., Everett, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. Tuesday and charged with operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (first offense) and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
