2-Hour Snow Delay For Waltham Schools

WALTHAM, MA — If you or your child go to Waltham Public schools that means you have 2 extra hours to get there. Or snooze. The district called it this morning on account of the slush and snow and tricky roads.

"Waltham friends, we will announce a two hour delay. Start times will be exactly two hours after normal start times. We need some additional time to get the lots ready at schools and City needs some additional time to get roads and walkways cleared," said Superintendent Drew Echelson in a note to the community.
