Brings Ranks No. 1 for Unit Sales at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Honored With Top Awards

Hans Brings, a broker associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Waltham office, has ranked as the company’s No. 1 affiliated sales associate for total units sold in 2015. Additionally, Brings ranked as the company’s No. 5 affiliated sales associate for sales volume.

For his achievements, Brings has received the Society of Excellence Award, a distinguished honor reserved for the top 0.22 percent of all NRT Coldwell Banker-affiliated sales associates nationwide. Only 85 real estate agents and sales teams nationwide within the NRT network received this award. NRT, the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company, is the parent company of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

Brings achieved this highest honor for his sales accomplishments in 2015, closing more than $93.5 million in sales volume. He was also recognized with the Coldwell Banker International President's Premier award, an honor reserved for the top 1 percent of approximately 85,000 Coldwell Banker®-affiliated sales associates worldwide. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage recognized Brings and other top sales associates during a company-wide celebration in March at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel.

Brings was identified as the No. 1 real estate agent in Massachusetts based on transaction sides, according to the 2015 REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents list, which ranks the most productive real estate professionals by state based on closed sales volume and transaction sides in 2014. He was also recognized among the nation’s top 250 real estate professionals in the U.S. by REAL Trends “The Thousand” report, as advertised in The Wall Street Journal, for closed transaction sides.

A longtime Waltham resident, Brings is very active in the community. He established “Hans Brings Results for Children’s Charities Fund” to continually provide financial assistance to children’s charities such as Toys for Tots, The Home for Little Wanderers, The Genesis Fund, YMCA, Boys and Girls Club, Stanley Snowflake Program, and other worthy organizations.
