The company was born out of necessity and frustration about products for her aging parent. Karen Osborn, a serial entrepreneur created the concept and resourced the novel range of products for attire, the kitchen, the bedroom, the home office, bathroom and dining room. Her colleague Kim McLeod, personal trainer who also spent time as a retail store owner, helped resource unique, yet practical items.
“We didn’t want our parents’ home, or our homes, to look like a hospital unit and a warehouse for unattractive necessities,” noted Obsorn. “We searched wide and far to find cool, colorful and creative clothing and products that gave our aging parents grace, fashion and fun. We offer a whole new dimension for seniors and their families that goes another level beyond the institutional choices of yesteryear.”
