Poll workers will assist in the preparation of opening and closing the voting location, post signage, check-in/check-out voters, count ballots, assist voters who may need assistance voting, process ballots and check ballot counts, document activities throughout the Election Day, enforce policies and other duties to ensure a smooth and efficient election day.

To apply, complete the attached Application Form. In addition, poll workers are required to complete a W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification. The application and W-9 must be delivered to the City Clerk’s Office at 610 Main Street Waltham, MA 02452 or emailed to vmaluf@city.waltham.ma.us.
