Da Vinci Ristorante Brings Italian Classics To Waltham's Moody Street

WALTHAM, MA — Shingara Singh, better known as the chef and restaurateur Peppino, is bringing a taste of Italy to Moody Street.

Recently, Singh's latest restaurant, Da Vinci Ristorante, hosted a grand opening at 482 Moody St.

The restaurant is now open for lunch and dinner service and is the latest addition to the Da Vinci restaurant name following its sister restaurant, Da Vinci Bistro in Sudbury, Mass.

The extensive menu aims to offer diners an authentic meal focusing on Italian classics. Think hand-rolled potato gnocchi, cacio e pepe, veal piccata and more.

Da Vinci’s 14-seat bar area exposes diners to a beverage menu including over 40 wines from Italy and California to pair with each dish on the menu. As for cocktails, guests can choose from a variety of seasonal cocktails and locally sourced craft beers.
