DiGregorio of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Ranked No. 1 for Listings Sold, Honored With Top Awards

Merit McIntyre, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, is pleased to congratulate Waltham resident David DiGregorio for ranking as the company’s No. 1 affiliated sales associate for listing units sold in 2015. DiGregorio, a sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Waltham, also ranked as the company’s No. 6 affiliated sales associate for sales volume.

DiGregorio received the Society of Excellence Award, a distinguished honor reserved for less than one-quarter of the top 1 percent of all NRT Coldwell Banker-affiliated sales associates nationwide. Only 85 real estate agents and sales teams nationwide within the NRT network received this award. NRT, the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company, is the parent company of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. DiGregorio achieved this highest honor for his sales accomplishments, closing more than $83 million in sales volume last year.

Additionally, DiGregorio was recognized with the Coldwell Banker International President's Premier award, an honor reserved for the top 1 percent of approximately 85,000 Coldwell Banker®-affiliated sales associates worldwide. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage recognized DiGregorio and other top sales associates during a company-wide celebration in March at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel.

Last year, he was recognized among the nation’s top 250 real estate professionals in the U.S. by REAL Trends “The Thousand” report, as advertised in The Wall Street Journal, for closed transaction sides in 2014.
