Explore Gore Backpacks
Children can explore the 50 acres at Gore Place with the backpacks containing activities, magnifying classes, and binoculars.
Where do we go? What do we do?
During May and June, children and their accompanying adults can explore the 50 acres at Gore Place with the Take-A-Walk backpacks containing activities, magnifying glasses, and binoculars. Follow the clues to discover five different areas where a special activity awaits at each location. Ring the bell at the Mansion to get your backpack and begin your “Explore Gore” adventure! Appropriate for age 3 to 7. $5 per hour, per backpack; free for members. Available Monday-Friday 9-3pm and Saturday 12-3pm.
