Group Fitness Classes Open to the Community

​ The power of a group will help support your motivation and longevity of your health and wellness commitment.

Our new group training structure will allow you to better connect, commit, and obtain a higher level of fitness. Each program will start with a goals assessment and keep you on track to make progress by the end.

If you are considering group training come try a class during the first week of the program before you commit to the entire program.

Our Group Training Programs include Barre, TRX, Kettlebells, Aqua Yoga, Basketball Strength and Conditioning, Y-Sanity, Boot Camp, Tai Chi, Mindful Based Stress Reduction, Women’s Weight Lifting, and Spartan Training. See the Program Guide at the Welcome Center for more details on classes.
