Hair Cuttery Celebrates Grand Opening with Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
New full-service, value-priced salon arrives at Waltham Plaza.

Hair Cuttery celebrated the grand opening of its newest salon in Waltham, MA on Thursday, December 3rd with a ribbon cutting ceremony officiated by Mayor Jeannette McCarthy. Also present were Diane LeBlanc, Waltham Councilor At Large and John Peacock, Executive Director of the Waltham Chamber of Commerce. The new salon is located at 1092 Lexington Street in the Waltham Plaza. As part of the grand opening festivities, Hair Cuttery teamed up with the Waltham Boys and Girls Club. From October 22nd to November 19th, five percent of all proceeds from the new salon were donated to the charity. A check for $500 was presented to Erica Young, Executive Director of the Waltham Boys and Girls Club, at the ribbon cutting ceremony. “As we open our newest salon in Waltham, we are thrilled to be providing jobs and services to people in the Waltham area,” said Dennis Ratner, founder and CEO of Hair Cuttery. “Our goal is to bring value and style to the entire family through our services and products,” said Ratner. “We are a family-owned business and feel it’s important to serve as a community partner and support local charities and causes that impact our neighbors,” said Ratner. “We look forward to continuing our efforts to be an active participant in the Waltham community.”
