Chef/Owner Dante de Magistris and his team at il Casale Lexington have teamed up with Baxter Brewing Company to present a five-course beer dinner celebrating all things pork.
Baxter Brewing Company, a Maine based craft beer maker, offers 7 enticing beers, including seasonal offerings like the Hayride Autumn Ale. All beer is canned, making them unique to all other New England breweries. Everything between IPAs, ales, and lagers, are skillfully brewed with a mix of spices and unique ingredients like real coconut and almonds.
On Monday, September 28, il Casale Cucina Campana is hosting a beer dinner with Baxter Brewing Company. Guests are invited to indulge in a thematic five-course beer & swine dinner showcasing various cuts and preparations from a whole pig. Chef Dante’s simplistic use of spices and techniques will be perfectly paired with the flavorful, high quality ingredients of Baxter’s premium ales.
