Livestrong at the YMCA
LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a national, free 12-week group exercise program that helps adult cancer survivors reclaim their health.

With LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, Y's are helping cancer survivors in their communities get the physical activity, supportive relationships, and stress reduction they need to improve their quality of life.
Medical studies show that moderate levels of exercise can help cancer survivors physically and mentally, and can also reduce the severity of therapy and treatment side effects, helping to prevent unwanted weight changes, improve energy levels and self-esteem.
