Middlesex Grand Jury Indictments: Two Waltham Cases Announced
The Middlesex District Attorney's Office announced its indictments from May 19 to June 23.

WALTHAM, MA - Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan announced Monday the grand jury indictments from May 19 to June 23.
Included in the indictments is the man accused of an armed robbery of a Waltham convenience store earlier this year. All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Brian Hurley, 34, of Somerville, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and armed masked robbery. The Assistant District Attorney is Jessica Hogan.
Marco Santizo, 39, of Waltham, was charged with indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14, assault with intent to rape a child, and witness intimidation. The Assistant District Attorney is Regina Krumholz.
