It isn't clear if it's because of the heat, the humidity, or the topic: whatever the reason, some Gentle Readers choose to respond to some posts vehemently and with name-calling. Hmmm. I'm not a reporter: I am a PTO Mom, with two kids, and a very patient husband and a full time job outside of the home. This is subjective. Blogs are opinions. I would love to be able to ask some difficult questions or bring up thorny topics and hear disagreement and reasoned argument, instead of being called names by anonymous posters. Wow. Just think what we could accomplish with some constructive argument and different ideas instead of taking out rage on the page and resorting to tactics that our first graders abandoned in pre-school.
