Special five-course, prix fixe dinner in Waltham offers first taste of five new Winter menu items

WHAT:

In celebration of its new winter menu, Not Your Average Joe’s Waltham is hosting a five course wine pairing dinner featuring a host of varietals from acclaimed Sonoma Winery Rodney Strong. Not Your Average Joe’s has selected five of the winery’s estate-bottled and vineyard-designated wines to complement five new dishes just added to the Waltham restaurant’s menu for the winter season:

First Course: Sesame Hoisin Salmon Salad paired with Charlotte’s Home sauvignon blanc

Second Course: Veggie Burger Slider paired with Chalk Hill chardonnay

Third Course: Romesco Cod and Russian River pinot noir

Fourth Course:Turkey Meatball Strozzapreti with Knight’s Valley cabernet

Fifth Course: Mexican Hot Fudge Pudding Cake with Symmetry

The prix fixe price is $40 per person and seating is limited.
