Beverage Director Shawn Westhoven is pleased to announce that the convivial dining experience at Papa Razzi Boston is now enhanced with the introduction of their new beverage program.

Dedicated to preserving the history of classic Italian drinks, Beverage Director Shawn Westhoven is responsible for sourcing authentic Italian beers, wines, and spirits, as well as creating his own infusions. He relentlessly channels his creativity in search of new and unique ways to encapsulate Italian classics while playing homage to their roots.

The new menu boasts Italian micro-brews (Baladin Super “Floreale,” Baladin “Isaac,” Birra Del Borgo “My Antonia,” Birra Del Borgo “Re Ale Extra”), house-made limoncello, aromatized wines & aperitifs, and seasonal cocktails (Giardino with Tito’s vodka, chamomile grappa, lemon and honey, Tempo Triplo with Contratto Bianco, Rosso and American vermouths with orange bitters, Ward’s Five with Hendrick’s gin and strawberry basil balsamic shrub) alongside an adventurous Italian wine list that can be enjoyed by 3 oz. and 6 oz. pours as well as by the bottle.

In addition to serving a distinctive list of spirits, the restaurant backs an impressive staff of conversant and creative bartenders who can fashion cocktails, suggest wines and pour beers that would make any Italian barista proud.
