PeopleFluent®, a leading social human capital management technology company, today announced the appointment of Andrew Keenan as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. Mr. Keenan joins PeopleFluent from Dyn, Inc., where he served as CFO.
The appointment of Andrew Keenan comes on the heels of record performance for PeopleFluent. In the last twelve months, the Company has achieved greater than fifteen percent organic revenue growth. With highly diversified revenue sources in the HCM space, no unrelated company debt, a cash position of $30 million and a strong commitment to R&D exemplified by the launch of the innovative Mirror Suite, PeopleFluent plans continued momentum with a strong pipeline.

Mr. Keenan’s responsibilities will include managing the worldwide operations of accounting, financial planning and reporting and treasury. He is focused on delivering profitable business results across the organization with a high level of transparency.

Mr. Keenan brings almost three decades of experience to PeopleFluent, having previously held senior finance roles at a number of software and technology companies, including Cadre Technologies, Inc., SystemSoft Corporation, Provant, Inc., Vovici and Carbonite. He is extraordinarily accomplished in facilitating the growth in technology companies as a CFO, and has a sterling track record of taking companies public having successfully facilitated five IPOs.

Mr. Keenan holds a BS in Accountancy from Bentley University. A native of Massachusetts, Mr. Keenan lives in Norfolk, MA with his wife and was named Boston Business Journal’s 2010 CFO of the Year.
