Regional Children Sparkle in "Joseph" at Reagle
Children's chorus of "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" hail from Waltham and 6 other surrounding communities
Reagle Music Theatre of Greater Boston opens its 49th consecutive summer season this weekend with the irresistible Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. The musical will run from June 8-18, 2017, for eight performances at the Robinson Theatre (617 Lexington St. Waltham, MA, 02452). Star power lights up the stage as country recording artist and American Idol alum Ayla Brown reprises her role as "Narrator." Also appearing are regional favorites and IRNE award nominees Peter Mill as "Joseph" and Andrew Giordano as "Pharaoh", alongside a delightful children's chorus of 20 voices from Newton, S. Kingston, Lincoln, Lexington, Brookline, Burlington, Chestnut Hill, Bedford, Wellesley, Waltham, Wilmington and Winchester, MA.
This family-friendly escapade is set in ancient Egypt with a delightfully modern musical score. Directed and Choreographed by Susan Chebookjian, Producing Artistic Director Robert J. Eagle.

Joseph is the story of a boy in a vibrant coat of many colors who is gifted with God's blessing in the form of dream interpretation. Set to a myriad of musical styles including country-western, calypso, bubble-gum pop, and rock 'n' roll, Joseph is full of unforgettable songs including "Those Canaan Days," "Any Dream Will Do," and "Close Every Door."
