Senior Fall Prevention Seminar

Join us at the Waltham YMCA for a seminar on fall prevention for seniors. In partnering with Home Instead Senior Care, we will share resources on balance programs and have a certified Personal Trainer available to answer questions. Refreshments will be provided.
