Sewers to be Replaced on Cedar Street
The project is part of Waltham's capital improvement plan.

WALTHAM, MA - Sewers will be replaced around Waltham starting Thursday,
The Cedar and Oak Street Reconstruction Project is part of Waltham’s capital improvement plan, the city said in a statement. Sewers have already been replaced along Oak Street.
All residents and businesses at addresses scheduled for service will be notified by mail at least 48 hours in advance. The city contractor does not anticipate any interruption to sewer services in the area.

In the the spring, the city plans to install new drain pipes and catch basins. Reconstruction of the roads and sidewalks is expected to continue through the summer.
