Walden Behavioral Care Names Bazinet Nelson Director of Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Programs
WALTHAM, Mass., Oct. 17, 2013 – Walden Behavioral Care, LLC, one of the country’s leading hospitals for treating eating disorders, announced today that Renee Bazinet Nelson, Psy.D. of Framingham has been named Director of Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Programs.
Bazinet Nelson will be responsible for all aspects of Walden’s intensive outpatient programs for adolescents, including administrative, financial and clinical management. Most recently, she served as assistant director of Walden’s Worcester clinic.
She is a member of the Binge Eating Disorder Association (BEDA) and The Psychology Network.

She graduated from the University of New Hampshire, Durham, with a bachelor’s degree and studied counseling psychology at Framingham State College. She earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology and completed her post-doctoral training at the Cambridge Eating Disorder Center, Cambridge, Mass.
