Waltham Police Make Arrests for Assaulting Officers, Drugs, Armed Robbery, Shoplifting

The following are recent arrests made by the Waltham Police Department:
- Edward Buckley, 50, 44 Wilbur St., Waltham, was arrested on March 13 at 11:58 p.m. and charged with OUI (second offense), lights violation
- Kimberly Packard, 46, 993 West Boylston St., Worcester, was arrested on March 14 at 3:22 p.m. and charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon, shoplifting $100+ by concealing merchandise
- Manuel Gonzalez, 34, 17 Chauncy St., Watertown, was arrested March 15 at 5:45 p.m. and charged with miscellaneous equipment violation, driving with a suspended license, license not in possession, warrant for driving with suspended license.
- Matthew Julian, 26, 780 Main St., Concord, was arrested on March 15 at 8:31 p.m. and charged with armed robbery
- Derrick Kaala, 25, 34 Heath St., Jamaica Plain, was arrested on March 15 at 10:26 p.m. and charged with impeding operation, driving with suspended license
- John Salonen, 50, 27 Lexington St., homeless, Waltham, was arrested on March 16 at 5:24 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, warrant arrest
- Michael Hernandez, 26, 97 Brown St., Waltham, was arrested on March 16 at 5:45 p.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license, possessing drugs with intent to distribute, no inspection sticker, two warrant charges of driving with a suspended license
- Donna Brown, 59, homeless, was arrested on March 16 at 9:46 p.m. and charged with A&B on a police officer
- Steven Siscal-Cordova, 20, 9 Fiske St., Waltham, was arrested on March 17 at 12:48 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct
- John Penta, 20, 12 Wadsworth Ave., Waltham, was arrested on March 17 at 6:11 p.m. and charged with possession of Class B drugs, failure to yield, failure to signal, marked lanes violation, possession of Class E drug
- Jaimes Dones, 52, 35 Evergreen Ave., Waltham, was arrested on March 17 at 6:57 p.m. and charged with A&B on police officer, resisting arrest
- Thomas Mignanelli, 32, homeless, was arrested on March 17 at 9:14 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, possession of Class B drug, miscellaneous municipal ordinance charge, trespassing, shoplifting by asportation
- Michael Campbell, 44, 775 Union St., Rockland, was arrested on March 19 at 2:25 a.m. and charged with A&B, OUI (liquor), warrant
