WALTHAM, MA — After a string of “numerous” motor vehicle break-ins Friday, police say, drivers in some parts of Waltham should take extra precautions.
The vehicle burglaries occurred in the city’s Highlands neighborhood – including Lawrence Street, Plympton Street and Woodland Road – as well as the Bacon Street area. They likely began around 3:30 a.m., police said later Friday in a social media post.
Most of the vehicles had been left unlocked.
