What's Open On Christmas In Waltham 2018: Restaurants, Shops

WALTHAM, MA — Christmas is just around the corner. The holiday will be celebrated on a Tuesday this year, but a number of businesses will be closed in observance of the holiday. There will be a few open on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Here's a quick guide.

• City offices: Close at noon on Monday, Christmas Eve and then are closed Christmas Day.
• Schools: Closed
• Libraries: Closed Christmas
• Post Office: Closed
• Banks: Closed
• Parking: Free on Christmas.

Here's where it gets tricky. Many restaurants, retail stores, and grocery stores will be closed, but not all. Here are some details on a few to get you started:

Restaurants:

• Ruth's Chris Steak House - Waltham: Open Christmas Day, according to Open Table.
• Bertucci’s: open til 8 p.m. on Christmas Eve, but closed on Christmas
• Feng Shui Kitchen: Normal hours both days 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Mu Lan Taiwanese Restaurant: Normal hours both days 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
• El Rincon de Moody's: Closed on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
• Taqueria Mexico: Closed both days.
• Margaritas: Open On Christmas even until 6 p.m. Closed Christmas Day
• In a Pickle: Open Christmas Eve 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m Closed Christmas Day.
• The Chateau: On Christmas Eve they close at 5:30 p.m. Closed Christmas Day
• Brelundi: Close at 2 p.m. on Christmas Eve. Closed Christmas Day
