• 'It's not sustainable': A look at school staffing after FY27 budget cuts (recorder.com) — While many Franklin County districts cut teachers and staff for the FY27 budget, Warwick Community School actually added an instructional assistant and a farm, wilderness and wellness teacher. Thanks largely to grants and its independent structure, Warwick avoided layoffs that hit neighboring systems, even as other local schools trimmed librarians, paraprofessionals and classroom positions to cope with rising costs.
