Brighton, MA – March 7, 2013 – After 7 months of renovation, the 42-year-old Stockyard Restaurant has officially reopened and will be hosting the traditional St. Patrick’s Day celebration March 15-17th.
Michael Conlon, new owner of the Stockyard, is a former Brighton local and remembers the celebration in years past. “The Stockyard is an iconic type of place, an institution. Everyone knows the Stockyard, and of course, the St. Patrick’s Day Celebration. We wanted to bring it back to the community.”
March 15th -17th, the Stockyard will open at 11am for a traditional Irish lunch menu. Friday the 15th will kick off the weekend with live Irish performances from 12-7. Sunday, March 17th, the Stockyard is teaming up with Toucher and Rich from 98.5FM and Bushmills Irish Whiskey for an all day celebration of live music, menu and drink specials.
