Arrest Made In Armed Robbery At Watertown Hair Salon
Police said the suspect fired a blank round at the Behind the Hair salon Wednesday.

WATERTOWN, MA — Police have made an arrest in connection with an armed robbery at a Watertown hair salon Wednesday. Joseph Boyda, 44, of Worcester, is accused of firing a blank round in the air at Behind the Hair salon on Main Street.
Boyda wore a mask and demanded money before fleeing with an unspecified amount of cash, police said. He was arrested Thursday and charged with armed robbery while masked.
No one was hurt during the robbery, according to police.
