I am just curious about what is going on at the Arsenal mall property. I thought they sold it and now I see a lot of construction. I am not sure what the end result will be but as of right now it looks awful, the planters are hideous. They are not taking into account these plants as they grow bigger and they are putting too many trees in one little island. I hope this is not a sign of things to come
