Arsenal Mall Hosts Health and Wellness Fair on Saturday
The keynote speaker will provide some laughs, and there will demonstrations at the mall in Watertown.
Saturday, May 14, the Arsenal Mall hosts the third annual Health & Wellness Expo from noon to 3 p.m.
The event features local experts in all areas of health and wellness, including fitness, massage therapy, acupuncture, nutrition and more. Stop by the upper level of the mall, near the food court, for free demonstrations, free body and health assessments, and chances to win door prizes.
This year’s keynote speaker is Laughter Therapist Leslie Ahern, of Laughter for Health and the Greater Boston Laugh Club. She promises to have all in attendance laughing and feeling good.
