Bambara Hosts "Mary Madness" on Sunday, April 3, 2016

Chef Jay Silva Invites Eight Local Bartenders to Compete in Bracket-Style Bloody Mary Competition

WHO:

In honor of March Madness, Bambara’s Executive Chef, Jay Silva, is hosting Mary Madness, a bracket-style competition during which eight local bartenders will get creative and serve four-ounce pours of their best Bloody Marys made with Tito’s Vodka. Guests are invited to sample each drink and vote for their favorite on a bracket-style score sheet while enjoying brunch and game day food prepared by Chef Silva. Participating restaurants include:

WHAT:

It’s about to get bloody at Bambara’s first ever Mary Madness event. Just in time for March Madness, guests are invited to join Cambridge restaurant, Bambara Kitchen & Bar, for an afternoon of bracket-style fun and delicious Bloody Marys, crafted by eight local bartenders using Tito’s Vodka. While sampling each bartender’s four-ounce pour and voting for their favorite, guests will also enjoy brunch and game-day classics, including sliders, Chef Jay Silva’s award-winning wings and maple candied bacon. Proceeds from the event will benefit local food waste organization, Lovin’ Spoonfuls.
