Books on the Charles celebrates 25 years of children's book illustrators' art for the Watertown based publisher, Charlesbridge Publishing. The exhibit runs through May 17 at the Belmont Center for the Arts, 19 Moore St. in the Homer Municipal Building in Belmont Center. Many of the artists will be on hand to chat and sign books at the April 13 reception. The artists featured in the exhibit include Rob Bolster, Robin Brickman, David Hyde Costello, Jef Czekaj, Leslie Evans, Wayne Geehan, Jamie Hogan, Tim Jones, Brian Lies, Judy Love, Ralph Masiello, David McPhail, Ryan O’Rourke, Alan Witschonke, and Nicole Wong.
There will also be many children's activities planned during school vacation week at the Belmont Library and at the Gallery.
