MA-GOP Elects MARA Member as RNC National Committee Woman
Chanel Prunier elected as the next Republican National Committeewoman representing the Massachusetts Republican Party (MA-GOP).
The Massachusetts Republican Assembly (MARA) extends its warmest congratulations to our own Chanel Prunier on her election as the next Republican National Committeewoman representing the Massachusetts Republican Party (MA-GOP).
The election took place on May 16, 2013 at the Newton Marriott, during a quarterly MA-GOP State Committee meeting. The State Committee is an 80-member body with one man and one woman from each State Senate District. Seventy-two were attendance. Ms. Prunier won an overwhelming majority, 44 to 26, on the second round of voting.
Chanel Prunier is a Massachusetts native who grew up in Charlton, graduated from Assumption College in Worcester, and currently hails from Shrewsbury. She's been loyal Republican since the day she became eligible to vote. More importantly, she's been an ardent advocate and activist with a most impressive record. For nearly a decade, Chanel has been recruiting, training, raising money, and campaigning for Republican candidates. She's played a major a role in many victorious efforts. In her new role, she will have the added responsibility of being the MA-GOP representative to the Republican National Committee.
