Hello everyone!

I had planned to continue my topics for National Pet Month, but I’m taking a step away from that this week.

Everyone’s attention has been on the tragedy that took place in Boston, and rightfully so. But I’d also like to point out that even though this cold blooded and senseless, violent act tried to snuff out our freedom we came together as a city, state, nation and family, regardless of our age, race, sex, religion, or ethnic origin. We came together as we always do and always will. There will always be someone trying to take away what we have but they will not succeed. No matter what our disagreements may be, just like any family, we will always have each others’ back.

My heartfelt prayers go out to the victims and their families. As a nation, let’s be sure to lend our support to them as they try to heal from this senseless tragedy.
