Join BSSC’s Thursday night league that
offers quality opponents, IAABO certified officials, and scorekeepers. The league is played on full size (48' x 84') basketball courts in some great gyms in Waltham. This league runs year round with 10-20 teams and usually offers an “A” league for competitive play and a “B” league for intermediate players.
- Men's 5 on 5
- Teams and individuals welcome
- League is intended for Intermediate and above level players. (this is not a beginner league)
- One game per week, with 1-3 "bye weeks"
- 10 games, which may or may not include playoffs
- Games start between 6:50PM & 9:35PM
- Two 22 minute running-time halves
- Officiated by IAABO officials with scorekeepers
- Team fee includes: jerseys and prizes for division winners
- Teams save $50 if they register 1 month in advance of start date

Space is limited, so register your team or sign up as an individual at least three weeks prior to the league start date. Up to 2-3 friends can play on the same team together, just mention it when registering and BSSC will pair you together based upon space availability.

as of April 3, BSSC will no longer be using this gym. New locations are listed below, all are within 3 miles of Waverley Oaks and ALL courts are LARGER than the courts at Waverley Oaks. Gyms used include:
McDevitt School, Waltham (1 court gym to be used 4/3-5/22 & in the Fall)
Fitzgerald School, Waltham (1 court gym to be used 4/3-5/22 & in the Fall)
Brandeis University, Waltham (3 court gym to be used 4/17 and 5/29 thru July)
