Dining-Etiquette Workshop to Help Tweens and Teens Develop into Considerate Socially Savvy Young Adults

Over an early dinner, young people ages 11-15 will learn how to be considerate and comfortable while dining at home and away. And, fun is on the menu!

Tales of real-life rudeness, dining mishaps, intriguing historical trivia and props relax as well as amuse students and drive important points home!

  • The confident introduction
  • When to be seated/start eating
  • Basics such as elbows, mouth closed while chewing, etc
  • The table setting
  • Napkin/silverware handling
  • Dining dilemmas: dropped silverware, spills, removing a bone from your mouth, etc.
  • The considerate dining host/ guest
