Watertown health officials will host two public forums on hoarding -- Nov. 7 and Nov. 14 -- both from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Watertown Library on Main Street. The meetings follow a garnering of public funds and services to help affected locals overcome their cleaning issues.
