Donny Bautz of Haverhill Named New Waltham YMCA Executive Director
Donny Bautz of Haverhill has recently been promoted to Executive Director of the Waltham YMCA.

The YMCA of Greater Boston is pleased to announce that Donny Bautz of Haverhill has recently been promoted to Executive Director of the Waltham YMCA.
Bautz previously served as Operations Director for the Waltham YMCA, where he developed relationships with the branch’s staff and community members. As Executive Director, Bautz will champion the Waltham YMCA’s core values: youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
Over the past 14 years, Bautz has served in a variety of positions within multiple branches of the YMCA of Greater Boston. Prior to accepting the Executive Director role, Bautz served as the organization’s Vice President of Membership and Program Development, where he led directors in membership growth and created program standards in key departments. Bautz has also served as Senior Program Director and Associate Executive Director at multiple branches within the YMCA of Greater Boston.

Bautz holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Springfield College and served as a medical technician in the United States Air Force. Outside the YMCA, Bautz is a Volunteer Coach for the Haverhill Youth Soccer Club. He lives in Haverhill with his wife and two daughters.
