The man ran across Arsenal Street into the Arsenal Mall before being caught by police.

A Dorchester man spotted pocketing two cellphones at Target led police on a chase across Arsenal Street and into the Arsenal Mall before he was caught on the afternoon of July 15.

Michael Vick, 21, of 22 Gaylord St. in Dorchester, faces charges of larceny of items worth more than $250, said Police Lt. Michael Lawn.
