Is anyone having issues with trash collection? My barrel was a little over filled and collector took out bag and left it on the street. Talked to the DPW and was told that the collectors were doing me a favor by talking it at all. And I was asked what was I doing that I had so much trash! I pay taxes (that just went up) how is performing a basic service a favor. I would not have so much trash if recycling was picked up every week.
