In our last blog post I may have mention the term, Eat Clean. If I didn't, I have now.
Simply put,

Forget your food prison.
It's time to starting eating clean, wherein nutrition is paramount and the calories don't really matter.
The Do's:
1. Eat. A lot.
2. Breakfast everyday, with in an hour of waking
3. Eat Lean meats, about the size of your palm each meal
4. Have 2 - 3 servings of healthy fats everyday
5. Cover your plate with fiber, vitamins and enzymes from Fruits and Vegetables.
6. Lots of Water, 2 - 3 liters (about 13 8oz cups) everyday!
The Avoid's:
1. Over processed foods, especially white flour and sugar
2. Artificial sweeteners
3. Sugary beverages, such as soda and juice
4. Alcohol
5. Foods with chemical additives like food dyes and sodium nitrite
6. Foods with preservatives
7. Artificial foods, such as processed cheese slices
8. Saturated fats and trans fats
9. Anti-foods -- calorie-dense foods with no nutritional value
Remember, what we put into our bodies matter.
