Join other parents and educators for
this free, hands-on workshop. Explore how we can inspire kids to
innovate while developing critical skills like flexible thinking and
empathy through collaborative, fun engineering design projects.
This workshop will focus on how to develop the six pillars of engineering education and why they are important. Participants will have an opportunity to explore different approaches to engineering education - both high tech and low tech - and practice solving their own mini-challenges.
This workshop will be led by Alisa
Berger, JCDS Director of the Lower School and author of How to
Innovate: The Essential Guide for Fearless School Leaders.
