"Grandma's Tattoos" - Film Screening (free)

You are invited to a viewing of the documentary, GRANDMA'S TATTOOS - open to the public and free of charge, and followed by a Q & A with the director.  Filmmaker Suzanne Khardalian makes a journey into her own family to investigate the story behind Grandma Khanoum's strange tattoos.  It is a story of a brutal past and a journey into a truth that has never been revealed before…that of those abducted and driven into prostitution, harems and forced marriages...the fate of women and girls during and after the Armenian Genocide (56 minutes; PG-13.)
