On the first Friday of every month the Watertown Mall offers a free lecture on a health-related topic.
Today's talk is presented by Candelaria Silva-Collins, a trainer with "Parent 411." Her presentation will look at language and how words can impact the self-worth of children.
The lecture will be held in the Old Country Buffet.
