Mass. Country Music Awards Assoc. Hall of Fame Concert

On Sunday, Aug. 19 from 2 p.m. - 6 p.m., the Mass. Country Music Awards Assoc. will present a show with many of its Hall of Fame Members performing in the American Legion Post 440, at 295 California St., Newton. 

The John Penny Band, most are Hall of Fame members, will back up Boom Town's Rex Trailer, Newton's John Hicks and steel guitarist Frank Caruso, Waltham-based Country Master's Lead guitarist, Jimmy Spellman, area showman & yodeler, Johnny White, Jimmy Allen, Cindy Lane are among those who will appear and perform as well. 

There will be a 50-50 raffle, many door prizes and admission is just $10.
