Memorial Day Parade and Events

The Watertown Memorial Day Parade begins at noon in Coolidge Square in East Watertown. The veterans, floats and other participants will march down Mt. Auburn Street into Watertown Square then head down Main Street to Town Hall.

After the parade there will be a ceremony in Saltonstall Park (next to Town Hall).

Veterans will have dedication ceremonies to mark Memorial Day before the parade:

8:30 a.m.  - Cottage Street Cemetery, USMC fires

8:55 a.m.  - Common Street Cemetery, USMC fires

9:10 a.m.  - Ridgelawn Cemetery, VFW fires

9:30 a.m.  - St. Patrick's Cemetery, VFW fires

10:30 a.m. - Old Burial Ground - Wreath placement and dedication:   Daughters of the American Revolution, Joseph Coolidge Chapter.
