Joseph Flack Weiler will exhibit his photographs at the Watertown Free Public Library Gallery from Nov. 2 through Nov. 29.
The exhibited images were taken in Watertown, Boston, Gloucester, Paris and Afghanistan. The black and white photographs are traditional Gelatin Silver Prints made from film negatives. Weiler has done all the photographic film developing and has printed the negatives with his 1970's enlarger.
Weiler studied photography at the Rochester Institute of Technology, School of Photography and Syracuse University, School of Journalism. The exhibited work ranges from Documentary through Equivalent style images taken between 1968 and 2010.
