Project Literacy 25th Anniversary

It’s an exciting time for Project Literacy, a department of the Watertown Free Public Library which offers free English classes and tutoring to adult immigrants and Adult Basic Education learners.  2012 marks Project Literacy’s 25th year, and Project Literacy is celebrating this milestone on Sunday, April 29th, in the Watertown Free Public Library’s Watertown Savings Bank Room, from 2-4 pm.  We look forward to celebrating with present and past volunteers, students, donors and community members.  If you’re interested in learning about Project Literacy’s impact over the past 25 years, getting involved in our program, or participating in the 25th anniversary celebration, please contact LDuncan@watertown-ma.gov.  We look forward to celebrating with you!
