On the third Wednesday of every month the Watertown Free Public Library offers scrapbooking workshops. A beginner's lesson led by an experienced scrapbooker will start promptly at 7:15 p.m. Bring three to five pictures to make your first page, everything else will be supplied. If you already scrapbook, bring your supplies and work on your current project. Older teens and adults only.
